Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14th, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast considered one the sport's best athletes. The 2016 Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals in one Games as well as the first gymnast to earn three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles is from Spring Texas. Her grandparents Ronald Biles (and her sister Adria) adopted them. The Biles family grew up in Houston's metropolitan area. Simone's interest in gymnastics began when she was just six years old when she took a trip with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained in the hands of Aimee Borman as coach until 2011. Biles won the vault and floor exercises at the 2010 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before moving up to the top competition levels in the year 2011. She was the most dominant in her sport within a mere two years. Biles stood out for her constant performance her exuberant attitude and the level of challenge she made every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam and ground exercise.
