Lindsey Vonn (born 18 Oct 1984) is an ex-retired American alpine skiing champion, who was awarded silver in the downhill section of the Winter Olympics in 2010. She is second in the world for super scores amongst female or male skiers. She is the best skier ever and the most popular across the United States. Caroline Vonn who is also called Lindsey Vonn and competes as an Olympic skier with The US Ski Team. There have been four occasions she was awarded the title of winner in the World Cup overall competition. She is one of the most well-known athletes throughout American time. She is the only six female athletes who won all five skiing alpine World Cup events. She's won 82 World Cup victories in total. She is the best skier in the world, and most successful American racer in the sport of skiing have announced their retirements following this year's World Championship in Sweden. The four-time World Cup overall champion decided to step down following a string of ailments. Social media was the method used to declare her retirement.
