Sharp was born at home in Rochester (New York) and immersed herself in the world of music. At the Hochstein School of Music, she studied cello, clarinet as well as piano. The passion she had for theatre in school inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. Cum Laude, where she received a B.F.A. from the Conservatory, Sharp set her sights on the stage. Sharp appeared in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel as well as debuted Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the improv comedy Eat the Runt, she was a variety of characters. Sharp played Abyssinia and Aida in theatre, and also. Sharp is engaged in several projects of her own that include screenplays as well as productions. Alongside performing, she is currently making an album. Sharp is a fitness enthusiast and is always in good shape by studying Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives in Los Angeles.
