Sharp, who was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, studied clarinets, cellos, and pianos at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp received a tuition grant towards The Boston Conservatory for her passion for school theater. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp turned her attention to the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. She debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. Sharp also played 8 roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia and Aida in addition to Thunder Knockin Jitney along with The Producers. She was even a reader of August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp is a performer who has performed on screen as well as the stage, is currently engaged in several unique projects. She sings as often as she can, and has a full-length album in production. Sharp enjoys exercise. She stays fit by training in boxing, learning Krav Maga, and taking long roadtrips. Sharp is a resident of Los Angeles, California with her family.
