Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
When she was initially inspired from the shadows that she saw in the grasses of trees and the shadows she saw on the trees, she set out to create a method that does not portray an object as a two-dimensional picture. The subject instead transforms into a representation of the subject, where the surface is the vehicle for its own painterly interpretation, especially when the subject is alive or perishable for example, like humans or fruits. Her ephemeral painterly style is obvious and what remains of Alexa Meade's work is the photograph. Photography and painting are tightly coordinated to create two-dimensional flat surface which is a trompe l'oeil. In certain places, three dimensions are seen, for example, near the eye or the hair. Meade often incorporates models painted in the space surrounding them. This allows them to interact with this world the artist has constructed. In this way, she blurs the lines between painting, photography, performance and installation.
